Montessori of Loyola Parents’ Testimonials

“My experience with the school is very good. I’m satisfied with Montessori of Loyola (MOL). I can see their technique in teaching is very effective. We get the talk to all the teachers and be open to them. I am comfortable with all of them.

My daughter has been very talkative about school. About what she has learned and what the teachers taught them that day. She knows all her classmates’ names even the morning class students. She really enjoys being in school and being with her classmates.

I am satisfied with the facilities. The teachers are excellent. I have full confidence in all the teachers in MOL. I know my daughter is in good hands.

The program content is excellent. I can see the progress of my child. I can see she is learning a lot and is quite advanced compared to other friends.

I am satisfied with the home-school partnership. Home-school has great communication.”

“Montessori of Loyola has been consistent throughout the school year in helping Simone develop her skills. The teachers were and are genuinely caring and interested in the students’ development. I am really quite happy I chose MOL for Simone.

Since day one, Simone would always express her excitement about going to school. She loved her teachers and classmates. I’m so glad that Simone learned to read and write and has really shown a keen interest in reading.

The classroom itself is very clean and well-maintained. There’s a wealth of materials that the students can browse through or work with. Simone loves the playground and I am happy that it provides a safe (padded) and fun environment.

All the teachers are warm, caring and show genuine interest in guiding/ teaching the children. Simone only has good things to say about MOL teachers.

…I credit her advancement in reading and continued passion for learning to the MOL teachers.”

“MOL was actually the first school I checked out. I was immediately convinced that the Montessori approach would benefit Simone. I could see that through the MOL program, Simone developed new skills and learned a lot. The workload is not very heavy and students were not stressed out. I liked that there was HW only if the child missed a lot/ was absent. The Bridge notebook contributed to an open communication between MOL and the parents. I appreciated the fact that the school would always update me via text or thru circulars in the Bridge Notebook.

Year 2 Survey

Overall, my experience with the school has been a pleasant one. The teachers have all been accommodating and have shown genuine concern in the academic and emotional well-being of the children. Any concerns would always be discussed. School programs were always well organized and enjoyable.

Simone has been studying at MOL for two years already and I can see how she truly loves and enjoys going to school. Not just to learn, but to be in the company of caring teachers and to have fun with her classmates. I credit her advancement in reading and continued passion for learning to the MOL teachers.

Facilities are always kept clean and orderly. Playground is safe with the foam/rubber mats.

The teachers are kind and caring and it really seems that they are all well loved by the children. Thank you!

Simone always comes home telling stories about her day and what new experiences she had with her classmates in school. I like that she learns by experiencing and not just by reading.

The Bridge notebook is still the perfect tool for parents and teachers to communicate. I appreciate how I can also just text the school number and get a prompt response. Thank you for that.”

“Felipe has grown to love the school. He fondly remembers the fieldtrips and activities. Last year, he especially enjoyed the Science Centrum.

This year, the most enjoyable experience was the UN Day program. He was very excited with his role and the country and continent he talked about. He was happy to share with his classmates the places he got to visit in our European trip last year.

The different school activities are always incorporated into the child’s learning and are very fun for the children.

Teachers are just blessings!  We see that the children are very much loved and cared for! We couldn’t ask for anything more from your school.

We are very happy with the partnership and support by the school, especially with the review class that was given by the school to seniors. We believe this has helped them with their confidence and academics and was more than what was expected.

We have no issues because we feel the school/teachers have given more than enough of what was expected. Keep up the good work!”

“We have certainly made a good decision when we enrolled our daughter Ia in Montessori of Loyola. A transferee from another school where she spent two years in Nursery, she was unable to write her full name, read only two-letter words and spent most of her time in school doing art, like cutting paper and coloring.

We moved to a new residence. Thus, the transfer to a new school. We did not expect too much from her new school. We were amazed at the pace our child could cope. She was able to write legibly, read words, then sentences and developed the habit of reading books on her own. With the variety of effective materials presented, Ia learned many things fast while having fun at the same time.

She looked forward to going to school each day, as it was also a time to interact and play with her peers. After only 1 ½ years, Ia stands out and shines when compared to other children her age who were educated in other schools. We highly recommend Montessori of Loyola.

The indoor and outdoor facilities are excellent. The teachers are very influential and with really good personalities. The program content is impressive.”

“We had a very good experience with the school. All the teachers and the staff are very accommodating and passionate with what they are doing.

My child, Peter, has grown and developed well in every aspect thanks to the help of MOL’s staff. I can’t enumerate how many rewarding and enjoyable experience we had with Peter for this year, but if I have to choose, we are very much proud and pleased that Peter was able to pass the exam for Grade 1 in Ateneo.

The indoor and outdoor facilities are very good. The teachers are very caring and intelligent and passionate. They are also very patient. The program content is very good, thorough and well-rounded. The parent-school partnership is very good.”

“Our experience with MOL has been very positive. We have seen Basti really develop during his 3 years in the school. The teachers were very patient in teaching him and also adjusting their methods to his personality. Basti really enjoyed his stay in the school and loved his teachers. From his first year where he would always cry, he had grown to love going to school and looked forward to playing with his friends.

From being a very shy boy, he also developed his self confidence in MOL. He is now very talkative and voluntarily shares his experience.

Indoor and outdoor facilities are good. I see the school facilities being improved / maintained every year.

Teachers are very nice and patient with the kids. They also frequently provide feedback on my child’s performance. They also share tips on how to help Basti improve further. The teachers in MOL are very competent.

I think the program in MOL really prepares the kids for the big school. Given the skills and knowledge they have gained, they are equipped to adjust in the big school.”
